America Sings Video from Old Disneyland Attraction
(Interesting Videos) In honor of the fourth of July we thought we’d try to find a special video for you. The fireworks videos were boring, people blowing off body parts with firecrackers wasn’t funny. But we did find this… One of Disneyland’s old attractions was called America Sings and it took place in a revolving building (that now houses “Innoventions”). You would watch an animatronic show in America Sings then the room would rotate you to a new room with a new animatronic scene. It was a fun and relaxing break from the business of the park, but Disneyland saw fit to destroy it as it was part of Tomorrowland, but didn’t fit the “Tomorrowland theme”. We’re pleased today to bring you some amateur video of the America Sings attraction. If you never went on the attraction, but have ridden the newer Splash Mountain, you may recognize some of the characters. When America Sings closed, some of the characters were given a new home at Splash Mountain…
