The movie stars James Franco as a scientist in a movie that shows how apes rise to power in a human controlled world. The leader of the apes is played by Andy Serkis. The movie is being released into theaters nationwide on August 5, 2011. The movie is not considered a sequel or prequel, but rather a “rebooting” or “retelling” of the popular Planet of the Apes series. The movie was originally titled “Rise of the Apes”.

The quality of the time period filming is really nice and it looks like the storyline for the film has come together nicely. This is the second full length movie trailer for one of the most anticipated superhero movies of 2011 – Thor. The movie stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Natalie Portman as Jane Foster. Adding to the cast credibility is Anthony Hopkins as Odin.

I Am Number Four Movie Trailer
Today a new “superhero” type movie is hitting theaters. You can call it a cross between Roswell (TV series), Twilight (although there are no Vampires), and (insert superhero movie you’ve recently seen here). The name of the movie is “I Am Number Four” and it’s about one of several aliens on the run from a much bigger threat as they pose as humans on Earth. The aliens each have a sequence number and are killed in that sequence. This movie is based on the Alien that is number 4. Numbers 1, 2, and 3 have already been killed, so he is next.
